How much is shipping?
Shipping is free on every order within Australia, with no minimum spend.
How long will my order take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, and most arrive within 6–12 business days of dispatch. Regional and remote areas can take a little longer. See our Shipping Policy for details.
Where do you ship from?
We work with fulfilment partners and warehouses, including overseas, to keep prices fair. That's why some delivery times are longer than buying in-store, and why items in one order can arrive in separate parcels.
Do you ship outside Australia?
Not yet. We currently deliver to Australian addresses only.
How do I track my order?
You'll get an email with a tracking number when your order ships. Tracking can take 2–3 days to start updating. Can't find it? Email us with your order number.
Can I return something?
Yes. You have 30 days from delivery for change-of-mind returns on unused items in original packaging. Faulty or damaged items are always covered under Australian Consumer Law. See our Refund Policy.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Email us within 12 hours of ordering and we'll do our best to change or cancel it before it's dispatched.
Is checkout secure?
Yes. Checkout is handled by Shopify, and we never see or store your full card details.
